WTF? I move my computer to my new house, load up steam, try and get into CSS, and it says it's not installed, and needs to install it? I can go look in the CSS folder and see that it is there, why does steam think I need it again?
This is just the second time this week steam has pissed me off, the first time was when I tried and play one of the games in "offline mode", even after choosing the "play in offline mode" stupid steam couldn't complete my request because it couldn't contact it's server, NO DUH, I AM TRYING TO PLAY IN OFFLINE MODE! Jesus christ, was this software developed by retarded, crack addicted, monkeys?
