but how did the first half of the comic take place? :dunno:
unless once you alter the past, the universe redoes all the time between when you left the present and the time in the past at which you made the alteration so that his living both existed and then no longer exists. Or maybe each time you time travel, you create a new universe which runs parallel to the one you altered?

I vote for parallel universes. I like that theory better than the wave of time that flows over from the moment it changes and destroys everything so that it can be remade. That's just too.. messy.

But then the question is...if you then travel back to the future, do you end up in the new universe you created or the old one or do you make yet another one and which, if either, universe would it resemble?! lol, time travel is goofy.

I see time as being an infinite number of branches based upon individual and group actions. Not just based upon one person's action, but upon absolutely everything and everyone. Which would mean that if you time traveled and altered the past, you wouldn't be destroying your present, you'd be creating a new timeline, while nothing has changed in yours, even if you make it back to the exact same timeline.

I figure that timetravel with new time machines would be very inexact, so you wouldn't necessarily be coming back to the exact same timeline, but a similar one. Unless the creating of a new timeline throws off the coordinates of the original timeline, in which case the time traveler would end up in a different timeline that may or may not have been effected by their actions going back in the past.

Need alcohol! Talking about time travel makes my head hurt! :P

I thought it would be that sumdum would be afraid of heights and disliked using explosives, nsane wouldn't be able to handle a knife, Agent/Joker would be allergic to the m203, and punkbuster wouldn't suck. :minigun:
