Game Server Dev Badge

The first new badge is an advanced version of the "Game Server Admin" badge.
In addition to their regular admin duties, Game Server Dev's will:
Install new servers
Create/change map rotations
Create/change game modes
Add new admins
Stop/Restart servers
Add or change game server features
Basically, anything the owners were doing to install & maintain our game servers.
This is a second level badge and replaces the "Game Server Admin" badge.
Drayu and FozzyBear are our first two Game Server Dev's!

The second new badge is to recognize ppl who have proactively brought new members into the community. There are several ways this could happen. Talking or chatting to ppl on our game servers asking them to check out our site. Posting about WiH in other websites forums. Or just telling friends about us in real life.
Because some ppl have brought a few new members & some have brought in several new members, this will be a multi-level badge. (We havent come up with any hard numbers yet to decide which badge would be appropriate but look for that later).
FozzyBear will be the first person to receive this badge.
I know for a fact he has brought in several new members over the years.
