Is there anything we can do about the server pings?

Mine went up from between 50 - 80 to 115 - 250.

I would get better pings 8 years ago with ISDN and Ghost recon.

These are my test results from Speakeasy.net to the Dallas server.
Last Result:
Download Speed: 20677 kbps (2584.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1803 kbps (225.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

I did 10 tests and none were under 15000 kbps

These tests were just after I left the server with a 250+ ping.so why is my damn ping so high? Is there anything I can do?

My favorite viewing for when I have ping problems.
Just like traceroute but visual and ongoing.

Pingplotter standard trial.
After the 30 days you have to wait like 5-10 seconds
before you can hit "trace".

You can what it for a while and see which hops the problems
are at. Then decide if you can do anything about it.
