[blatantly stolen from another site :) ]

even though you are innocent of the double murders you are about to die for.

The assistant warden arrives at your cell door to take your request for your last meal...Anything you want...he also asks you if you would like your favorite music to play while they toast you.

My last meal request would be:

(After eating all this, they will have to wheel me to the execution chamber :) )

1. A Chef salad (assortment of sliced meat, boiled eggs, ripe cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and croutons) with blue cheese dressing

2. Poppy seed roll that has just a hint of dill with real butter AND a Red Lobster biscuit

3. A 16 oz porterhouse steak well seasoned - medium rare

4. A skewer of grilled shrimp

5. A baked potato loaded (butter, chives, bacon bits, touch of ranch dressing on the side instead of sour cream)

6. Seasoned "greens" and corn on the cob

7. For dessert: Cheesecake with strawberry syrup drizzled on top

My music request:

Enya. Thought about something harder/grittier , but I think I would want something reasonably peaceful before being executed.

What would your final meal and music request be?

HA! Our last meal would be the same sir (like exactly, it's kinda creepy), except I'd want a 21 oz. prime rib, rare. :D

And then I think I'd have some Incubus playing...Aqueous Transmission or The Warmth...

Food: (details likely to change on mood)
Appetizer would be small slices of freshly baked bagguette smeared with pate de foie gras.
For the main course it would be Canard a l'Orange a la mode de La Tour d"argent, accompanied with rabbit terrine that has wine soaked caramelized onions on the side. On the side would be garlic fried potatoes.
Beverages would be a bottle of champagne, a sauterne white wine, and water.
Screw desert, I'll stick with the flavor of the main dish. :)

Music: not my favorite, but going out with a bit of humor. "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" from Monty Python's The Life of Brian.

Flakey Biscuts, and an orange drink that i cant remember the name of... yep i'd eat light. And the song "I did it my way" by Frank Sinatra, seems very fitting to me...

A wide assortment of gasious Polish food chased down by a couple cold PBR's or Milwaukee's Best Ice. So when they go to spark my ass, I'll go off like an atomic bomb. If anything leave them with a foul smell never to be forgotten or properly vented.

How about Cranberries, did you have to let it linger?

This thread is way too deep for me. I am a glutton i can't decide between sushi or carbonara but i'd be a piggy if i got them both and im not sure thats such a good combo anyways.

I don't know about the meal but I could only listen to one of two songs at a time like that. Depending on my mood at the time it would be either:

Stairway to Heaven

or

Highway to Hell.

To eat: The still-beating heart of the guy that's supposed to throw the switch for the chair.

To drink: The aforementioned's blood.

Music: The screams of someone else dying just so I can live long enough for them to find a replacement.

*end sarcasm, in case you're suddenly afraid of me*

^ really that's what I would want...with some soy sauce or bbq sauce :D

Well, I think I'd go with, a Great Deep Dish pepperoni extra cheese pizza, A Margarita (Very Strong one) and A HUGE piece of Tiramisu!

Music. I'd have to hear two Albums! First, Sigur Ros; ( ) . Second, Amiina; Animamina.

I'd also need to watch The Wizard of OZ One More Time!

Peace!

Random Fact: A 'jiffy' is an actual unit of time for 1/100th of a second.

You made all that up :bs:

I love good food, and I like a lot of French dishes. :) I just put together some of my favorite dishes I tried while in France. I may not have enjoyed the people, but hot damn France has some good food! :D

Alternately for a last meal:
An appetizer of kurobuta chashu on soba with some chopped green onions and the accompanied sauce to dip it in, with a dab of wasabi on the side.
Main course of kobe beef cut into smaller pieces with the exterior parts seared to keep the juices in, cooked at medium rare with salt & pepper, with fried garlic chips on the side. Include with that a bowl of short grain Japanese rice, a small bowl of kyuri tsukemono, a small bowl of takuan, and a small bowl of Korean leek kim-chee.
Beverages would be a lot of Heineken or Asahi beer, and water. Again, to hell with dessert.

ask for puffer fish (fugu) sushi. that way, you'll die on your own term :):minigun:
----------------------------------------------------------
http://japanesefood.about.com/cs/seafoodfish/a/fugublowfish.htm

There is an old expression such that "I want to eat fugu, but I don't want to die" in Japan. Since fugu's poison can lead to instantaneous deaths of diners, only licensed cooks are allowed to prepare fugu. You must have special skills and knowledge about fugu to be licensed. Poisonous parts of fugu differ, depending on the kind of fugu. Because of the strict regulations, the number of deaths is decreasing.

Fugu dishes are usually expensive. One meal can cost $100 to $200 per person at a famous restaurant. But there are inexpensive fugu dishes (from $15 to $20) available at some restaurants. It's said that the most poisonous fugu, "Tora-fugu," is the most delicious. Tora-fugu is expensive and can cost over one hundred dollars at a fish market. Nowadays, prepared-fugu are sold at grocery stores and online stores, and fugu are eaten at Japanese homes. Fugu dishes are becoming more common than they used to be. Winter is the best season to eat fugu.
