Can you say illeagle search and seizure? Over 19 Violations of civil rights? At least
50 ethics violations. More procedural violations than I can count.

Good advice on refusing the road side search though. But they can hold your car there and use the drug dog to search it, in most states the dog sniffing your car does not require a warrant. They will tell you "Your free to go but your vehicle is not"

If your car smells like Cheech & Chong are riding in it then your going to get searched. Ozium is the best car deodorizer covers up everything except dead body smell.

As for the rest of the video, Never admit to anything, 90% of the time if you don't give it to them they got nothing on you. Most cases are made by suckering the perp in to confessing to something.THIS IS NO BS, I was a cop over 20 years, if you believe nothing else believe this! NEVER ADMIT TO ANYTHING!!!!!!! When a cop talks to you he is fishing. Don't take the bait and you wont end up on his stringer.

If you are not sure what Cop's mean when they ask you something ask them to explain it.

Ho's advice about keeping a tight lip is advice to live by. However, your average police officer tends not to take notice of you if you're not acting like a stupid criminal.
