Used to be Nae'Blis but i dropped the Nae.The name comes from the fantasy series "The wheel of time" by Robert Jordan which i would strongly recomend to anyone who likes to read fiction(I dont usually like fantasy but these books are my favourite).The name is a title that refers to the second in command to the great lord of the dark(i'm not a satanist or anything i just liked the name)

I was raised a Catholic but grew disillusioned with the dogma in my early teens.Since then I've sorta been developing my own beliefs which draw influence from a variety of religions,most notably the Hindu faith.

Reading,playing guitar,chess,drinking Guiness,getting high(dont smoke weed kids,it destroys your social skills and makes you bad at CS) and recently i've been developing an interest in creating counter strike maps.

recently i've been developing an interest in creating counter strike maps.


Cool beans, I tried to make maps for the original half life mod, all I did was make a big box with a few prefabs scattered around in it. Huge FPS killer at the time :P

Anyway, might I suggest an active involvement in one of the many mapping communities out there? It'll help quell any frustrations and all provide a healthy source of delicious information.

Or are ya already at one? :X

Yeah i still live in Scotland hence my 130+ ping. When i first got CS:S i was such a noob i thought the higher the ping the better.Thats how i ended up playing here in the first place.It was the quality of the admins and the community that kept me here. WiH roxorz :rockon:
And Saur i never thought about mapping communties, thats a good idea.I've been finding it really hard to learn about the different methods of lighting.I try to look through mapping forums but there's so many posts it always gets to the stage where my eyes feel like there're going to start bleeding and i still havent found what I'm looking for.I suppose your right I should start posting on them myself,i'm just trying to learn all the terminology just now so i know how to phrase my questions.

lol kems forgot you knew about that.You keep some strange hours yourself.Being the proverbial night owl I tend to go to bed around 10am. Though you could find me awake at any time as i'm a bit of an insomniac. And i agree weed like anything can be fine in moderation although it has been shown that smoking it in your early teens can lead to schizophrenia in your twenties.
