So we get a call around 01:30 hrs, some guy had been shot. Long story short, he stuck this, with the barrel extension, down his pants and shot himself :bonk: . See the problem is, the magazine was missing its spring, so they were feeding in rounds one at a time (he held the firearm, his buddy carried the bullets. just get the mental image of those two walking around inserting each bullet in order to shoot the gun.) I was at the hospital with the guy, pretty sure that he not only shot himself in the calf(bullet stopped in his ankle) but that he burned his crotch. a nurse set his iv bag down near his private area when getting him into a gown and he almost jumped off the examining bed. We should go back to branding and just but a big DA on his forhead.
