BF 2142: Servers? Nicknames?

Seeing as there is no board for 2142 I think we should have a thread of nicknames and the servers we play on. I know that I only play titan games since otherwise its basically BF2. As for server I play on the movable titan server (conveniently called "Movable Titan"). Being able to move the titan just adds a whole new dimension to the game since titans can basically secure bases with their guns. And when they get close to each other and the AA guns are firing at each other, and transports are going back and forth between the ships and troops are firing up to the titans with pods it just get so intense.

Anyway, I'm sure there are others out there playing 2142 (I hope!) post here!

Sometimes I wish I can play 2142 again. When I last played, the lag was bad whenever the titans moved. Then somehow my cd-key was screwed up so I kept getting invalid cd-key error msg. :(

i found that I got an invalid CD-key error when I installed it on one account and then tried to play it from a different account. I don't know why this happens but if you have any doubt on which account you installed it on just reinstall it and make sure you note on which account you installed it on.

I used to get lag, and I would teleport all over the place but it has stopped so even with the titans moving around I get no lag (though could just be my quad core + 4 gigs of RAM)


EDIT: I'd just like to add a personal experience/tip, maybe to hook some people into playing again.

To successfully gain the upper hand in a game. When the enemy's titan shield is really low, get ready to jump across to it. As soon as it goes down get over there, you are almost guaranteed a console that's open. Always go for the first two ones since they have longer hallways and are easier to defend (if you give them time to get down there). So I as practicing what I preach and I had boarded their titan early on and I got consoles 1 and 3 all by myself before they had time to react. So I went back and found a formidable defense waiting for me, a sentry gun and two guys (a decent defense if they were paying attention). So I quickly turn myself invisible and turn the corner and jump over the sentry gun (they put it too close to the doorway) and then run past the two guys. Being at least half sentient they recognized that I was an enemy and as I turned into the little room with the console they began throwing grenades at me. Unfortunately they had a bad angle and they kept bouncing back towards them instead of towards me (since FF was off it did nothing). The first few I would understand and I waited patiently for death, but after the fourth miss I decided to take decisive action. I threw a grenade, it bounced off the same wall they were trying to bounce them off of and killed one of them. I proceeded to put RDX on the console. And as the last guy decided to smarten up and just shoot me, I brushed past him, detonator in hand. A quick move of my finger and the console went up in flames and so did he.
As for the last console, seeing as it was still early on (only a couple minutes after the shield went down) there were minimal defenses in the cargo bay. I ran, cloaked, up to the last console where I found one guy crouched down looking in a corner (I don't know why). So I unshielded and he turned around in time to see my gun in his face. That console fell to me too (seeing as he was a supply guy so I got some supplies off his body). I'd say that I won the game for the team but ironically the titan was destroyed by a missile shot. So remember that if you want to quickly get the upperhand

PS this works the other way too, if your shields are down you can try defending against the early birds while your team goes to the defensive.

i installed it a few weeks back, then my pc mysteriously went crazy and stopped working and my profile would not upload to my server and all sorts of things, fool me once shame on you fool me twice...... can't get fooled again!
