SHOULD YOU EVER BUY FROM NEWEGG!! This is the second time I've ordered from them and this is THE SECOND TIME THEY'VE PISSED ME OFF!!! Here I pay for rush processing, it doesn't happen, fine. BUT THEY HAVE YET TO REFUND ME FOR IT!!! Also, I placed my order OVER 36 HOURS AGO AND IT STILL HAS NOT EVEN REACHED UPS YET, which in 20 mins will close meaning it won't even be placed in to be sorted UNTIL TOMORROW IF IT EVEN GETS THERE TOMORROW!!! Also last time I had to return something and went through customer service to try and waive the re-stocking fee, which I was promised would be if I ordered my replacement from them, which I did. I WAS STILL CHARGED A RE-STOCKING FEE!!! I guess that old saying is true, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." I've learned my lesson and I will NEVER buy from Newegg again. I hope none of you make the same mistake I've made in ever ordering from them in the first place.

Sorry I'm ranting and raving, I just had to vent or else I was going to explode.

that's a bummer you've had problems with them. I've ordered from newegg many many times and have zero problems with shipping or returning. I never pay for rush processing though bc I can always wait. But often times, the package arrive 1 day after they site showed it was shipped, which means they ship sooner than they update their system. On the few times that I had to RMA something, they credit my card back promptly.

I have had good luck with New Egg for years but the past few months have been hit and miss. Check my new motherboard post lol. They would not refund my money since I chose not to wait for back order so I gots to pick a nuther one.......

Newegg has always come through for me. They have reasonable product and shipping prices and always ship orders promptly to me.

I'm serious, if this thing isn't at UPS by noon tomorrow they're going to have one pissed ex-customer, and this time I'm going to call, no online support for me, some unlucky bastard is going to get the full force of my rage. Its been over 48 hours since I ordered that damn card and it hasn't even gone to UPS, its been sitting in their fucking warehouse all damn day.

Once again, I hate venting but if I don't, I don't know what might happen.

Usually I'm more patient, but since I not only paid for rush processing, but a fast delivery this seems to have wasted not only my time, but also my money, which pisses me off.

Well it looks like it left Memphis a couple hours ago, it says it'll get here the seventh, but it shouldn't take that long, hell, you can drive to Memphis from here in about 7 hours. Oh well, at least its finally on its way.

i never had problem with them either to be honest, actually just order a new camera from them i will let you know if anything goes wrong. as many times i order from them i got my packages 1-2 days earlier of what they told me so i was happy with that.
actually i had problems with buy.com about late shippings!
but i hear you about communicate online about these it is a major pain.

Can I point out something obvious though perhaps not clear about Newegg.com

Their distributors are not Newegg pursay. Their distributors are wholesalers that sell to everyone not just you and me. They sell to businesses such as Best Buy or Circuit City or other online stores. Newegg has a deal with them so they ship directly to the customer. So if there is a delay in shipping it's not necessarily Newegg's fault. In fact it probably isn't. However they will get the brunt of it from the angry customer.

So try and stay calm and note that you paid for rush service and it has taken quite some time and they may refund your shipping. Don't go ballistic on them when it might be some dumbass in CA that was picking his nose when your package went down the line and didn't get a shipping sticker put on it. I find a calm yet firm tone detailing and explaining your issue clearly and concisely is much more effect than going ballistic.

Incidentally, the only time when I stopped ordering from newegg was when I lived in CA. Ordered once and I got tapped with CA state tax and shipping! That sucked! but the order arrived in 1 day.

well today it is wednesday and i just got my camera that i order monday, and i didnt pay for faster shipping. now lets see when i will get my extra memory card that i order from amazon the same day. thought i do think this package came from new jersey instead of cali.
