just found this video.........suppose to be a strip search from police!!!! if you asking me this is rape, do you blame her husband if he go after them?

she was obviously not in total control of her actions be it drunk or something else, but i agree there was no real warrant for this kind of treatment, was there a reason it was recorded though? i didn't hink it was standard pactice to record these things, isn't it rather like nixon recording his own conversations and ultimately incriminating himself?

there has certainly been more news getting out of this kind of thing, i wonder if certain authorities need more training when it comes to giving people power over others

I'm sure the news is putting their own spin on this story and either leaving out information or they really don't know what happened.
There's no way the police would ever do something like this unless they thought it was justified.

Still, they do seem to go overboard, I can't imagine what she did in order to be treated like that. Maybe they thought she was suicidal, and she had weapons or drugs on her to do the deed.
Why was she cut in the first place? The newscast says nothing about how that happened...

Only thing I can think of is she's stripped naked cause she could be suicidal...

once shes in handcuffs why not take a statement?!?!? if shes too disoriented or frantic to talk leave her in a cell overnight and talk in the morning...This is why its good to know your tolerance level and not toy wit it =/

and there is a law that you only can be striped by same sex officers.

This is a common practice. They also take away shoelaces and belts from anyone that enters the jail. There seemed to be excessive force there but there is no telling what she was on if anything. People with an adrenaline spike can be very dangerous and hard to subdue.
