BF2 box

I just noticed on the back of the Battlefield 2 box there is a screenshot of a blackhawk on the mashtuur city (sp?) map with rocket pods on it. I remember seeing this SS as one for the first to be released but have yet to see it in-game. Am I missing somthing or what?

A picture of it is printed on Disk three of the cd set as well. I remember at somepoint they were talking about vehicles being unlockable like weapons. Could this be the case with this B-hawk

too powerful maybe :dunno: as it is they rape people with a full chopper, I played last night we had 5 guys, capped flags fast, and mowed down the assualt... though, if she is smoking, 1 t90 shell, equals multiple kills.

Maybe so. Just thought it odd that they'd plaster it all over the box and cds but it's not even in the game. I don't really care for it anyway. The rocket pods would just block alot of the gunners view anyway.

If you read some of the old features that were intended for the game from like a year or 2 ago, vehicles were suposed to change based on kits, like med people jumping in helo makes it heal other people. That may have been like an assult or anti armor person in a BH.

As for as medics, engis, and support guys, getting in a helo, or any vehical for that matter, still has the effect of healing resupplying etc. anyone nearby.

yeah they do what they were gunna do in the sense of the operators, but they (espicially the Blackhawks) were supposed to change, but eh, maybe work in progress. after SWG I am use to getting screwed over by a gaming company not releasing content when they said they would.

Yes, what i am saying is i think that may have been an older version of the game that they scrapped or couldn't teak right so they yanked it. "It" being the vehicle chaning when an antitank/assult guy get in it.

BEST KILL EVER today, a blackhawk came flying low and slow at me today. I unloaded the first t-90 round right into the passenger area. 4 bodies came tumbling out over the water. splash splash spash. The second shot finished off the pilot and whoever else had survived that first shell. 6 kills, 3 seconds. It was bittersweet. + I got a x2 Defended flag! because the last two guys were over our flag too. muhaha

I hot one last night as well, forget that map, but it was the flag with the two gazebos on either side, and I had a perfect spot with my tank, 1 shot, pilot panicked chopper went upside down over flag, all died, 6 Gorro kills, no defending flag though :dunno:
