So here's a question... you're firing away, when LordBeer steps in your line of fire. You hit him a couple times, and he goes down into last stand, swinging his big golden deagle around (that sounds dirty...).
Do you put him out of his misery, and finish him off, say sorry, and move on?
or
Do you let him fend for himself hoping that some enemy will come along, shoot him, and then you don't get credit for the teamkill?
Thus far, if I unintentionally shoot someone, and they go to last stand, I leave them there. You never know.. maybe they'll kill someone while they're lying there. I always appologize tho...

Leave them to last stand. The first shots were accidental, finishing him off is intentional. Plus you never know he might get a few kills in last stand (Probably not Lord Beer...but some people :) )

We are not competitive here. So we may not be as strict as you want, or as lenient as you want.
Ghosting, IMO, is where you are dead and give the enemies location away....if you are dying shout away, this would be last stand or knowing you are getting ready to die :) (The dead can not speak, plain and simple. If you died and have vital information STFU till you spawn again.)
NSANE (and others reading), lots of stuff are "legal" / "quasi-legal" in competition. We are about having "fun", and if you are constantly ruining the "fun" just so you can "win" then we may have issues.
WiH has never been about the "best" players. It is about having an overall positive gaming experience. This includes gameplay, in-game chat, teamspeak, and forum participation.
If your goal is to dominate all the time at any cost, you need to find another server.
You have to ask yourself, am I being a dick/bending the rules/only playing to win/here to prove how 1337 I am? Then it is time to move on.
We have a ton of talent playing on our servers. Some have the mentality described above. The majority that stay and make us their home play because of the friends they have made, and because it is fun.
Unfortunately, only the people who check the COD4 forum will read this. But, it applies to all of the servers.

well said Foz!
Its just like LAN rules... at a lan, as soon as you die you stop talking -- mid sentence, whatever.

It's allowed but any TK's are considered intentional

excessive Tk's.
They are warned first, at the very least. We will not kick anyone for their first Marty kill...... goodness knows I get enough TK's without marty.
