is it steam or WIH server...

just now i was playing on the cs server and for some reason some of us were getting abnormally high ping

and very often we get timed out... (ask flimflam he was there and had the same thing)

i had to press escape and disconnect from the server many times as it happened

it seems this started tonight... and this wierd high ping and time out occured to me maybe 20-30mins before WIH admin announced "all servers down" but it was ok before that and i was playing with ppl like EGG blessed guardian...

i am just wondering whether its the steam server or just WIH cauz i kinda checked by joining another server and got a higher than normal ping there as well and i even get that error saying "fail to verify steam userID cant connect to authenication server 35" something like that

then the error kept appearing till i deleted the clientregistry.blob
