Yep. Some absolute geniuses thought it would prove a point to sue Microsoft for $5 MILLION dollars, because they couldn't play their games. Issues arise when you're dealing with online services. It's inevitable. People like this almost make me ashamed to be a gamer.

This kid is going to get NOTHING. Microsoft has the money to the point where they shouldn't settle this, they should just force a verdict (the kid is not going to win this case) and make the moron pay for court fees.
