I got the DVD version. Circuit City still didn't have it this morning, so I had to get it from EBX in the mall.

EDIT: By the way, the install takes FOREVER. By far, one of the longest I've ever had to wait for.

My ISP is SBC/Yahoo, it is "technically" a dial-up account. I use ISDN to connect, but only one of my channels is connecting. As soon as I get the other channel to work, it should be fine.

Played at like 2 in the afternoon with crotch and some others, we had like 7 or 8 people only. An hour or so later we were at 64 people :D Hell of a good time tonight :D :D :D It is kinda annoying that we can only have 6 guys on a squad, but a well organized squad *any HR guys* can change the tide completely. Hope to see more of us by the weekend.

But unfortuantely it was the cd version :(
I didnt wanna switch cds so i said screw it. now i have to go back tomorrow and get the dvd version :upyours:

Yes the dvd version is the way to go, whoever said it took a long time install must have gotten the cd one, cause I was done installing in about 7 or 8 mins. 1 disk> 5-6, can't be repeating UT2k4 now can we.

When I went to EB they said that the only people that could get the DVD version were people that preordered. :dunno: Didn't want the CD version so I got mine at good 'ol Target.

Besides the install time being really fast is there any other benefit to the DVD version like a faster clock speed or something?
