Few gameplay questions

Hey guys :)
I have a few questions....

1. How do i request a UAV?

2. How do i make my weapon shoot single bullets

3. why do i get "team vehicle damage" when a enemy is in our vehicle and im shooting at him

4. When playing as commander wasting artillery, uav, supplies and scan means that i get negative points?

5. How many points are rewarder/taken away for: "Just wanna make sure :P"

Killing enemy
Healing someone
Giving someone ammo
Capturing flag
Destroying enemy vehicle
Repairing vehicles
Teamkill

6. Is there a way to avoid auto switching to the other team??? this really drives me nuts specially when im in a great squad and all the sudden it switches grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have a few questions....

1. How do i request a UAV?
If you are the squad leader, you can press T to bring up a menu, in which you can request artillary, UAV's, supplies, and other commander support.

2. How do i make my weapon shoot single bullets
Choose the weapon again from the selection screen, what I mean is if you use your mousewheel you can select the weapon once, this will be Automatic, now use the mousewheel again to select the same weapon, and you will heare a clicking noise, indicating that you have selected single shot semi auto.

3. why do i get "team vehicle damage" when a enemy is in our vehicle and im shooting at him
No idea.

4. When playing as commander wasting artillery, uav, supplies and scan means that i get negative points?
I am not sure, I think so.

5. How many points are rewarder/taken away for: "Just wanna make sure :P"

Killing enemy- 2, 1 if you assist in killing that enemy.
Healing someone
Giving someone ammo
Capturing flag- 4 for complete capture, 2 for assist I believe.
Destroying enemy vehicle
Repairing vehicles
Teamkill
