INS#1 both guys on ins_karkar, evening of Monday October 22nd.

ins_karkar between 9:34 and 9:36PM pacific time.
We were both insurgents. He kept tking me when he would spawn inside me. After the first tk, I told him not to kill me and "type kill in console", but he tked me a second time instead.
pic 1 shows him immediately after he tked me the first time.

pic 2 you can see him partially on top of me in the top right corner of the screen. I just told him "don't kill me" which is fading, and "type kill in console"

Sometime after midnight, but before 12:30AM, also on ins_karkar. This guy was on insurgent side with me. When we lost Alpha he was set up in the left (for insurgents) fork in the tunnel with an rpg. I was set up in my usual spot with the sniper rifle, and I noticed that he kept firing rpg, after rpg, after rpg. I got killed by the enemy sniper and watched him play a bit. He was definitely using the bug. I warned him not to do it because he could be banned, to which he responded something like "that's no fun", and I heard some more rockets fire (not sure if I typed it and said it or just said it on mic, I don't have a picture anyway).
Unfortunately I didn't manage to take any pics of him firing, all I have are pics of him with a RPG. I don't know if you can check to see how many times someone has fired a rocket or not, but if you can you'll see an abnormal number of shots fired with the rpg.

Normally I warn guys about the "no rpg bug using or telling how to do" rule and they'll go "alright", "awww man", or the likes and will stop.
I'm pretty sure the marines were plenty pissed, and I don't blame them. He had a nice view of that back window at alpha, and he could hit it too.
