For all you guys who are into working out at the gym (experienced or not), this book is an absolute must for you.

It's gotta be the most comprehensive and straight-forward read there is, concerning muscle development.

Me, I'm starting work as a personal trainer next week so this book helped me solidify a lot of facts and unstable notions I had in my head.

I suggest you guys go and take a look for it at your local bookstore or check it out online, you won't be dissapointed.

I dunno... I've always found Men's Health magazine to be useless. Even from a bodybuilding perspective.

This book might change your mind Winter, it's very well written and packed with loads of theory and technique.

I'm sure it is. It's just that there's nothing we don't already know about muscle development. This book might just put a more accessible spin/presentation on things for some people.

Well to put it in perspective, my friend has been a trainer for 2 years and he's been doing fitness shows (havin a very experienced trainer watch over him). He took a look in the book and found quite a few things he was interested in.
My point is, I think this book has got something for everybody, regardless of their experience.
Not trying to debate, just wanted to throw that point out there ;)

Filthy, learn to be as beast as this guy:
http://beastskills.com/tutorials.htm

All you gotta do is be able to hold a planche for a few minutes...
(Planche is a gymnastics skill where you support your whole body parallel off the ground using just your arms, without "resting" any part of your body on the elbows or whatever.)

Yah my buddy was competing in a fitness show, so yah I went. They had heavyweights as well. They were super jacked. I'd never want to look like that though, it just looks facked up.
