bf2/cs:s cont connect to master server

ok, well i cant connect to the master server on anygame, sometimes i cant download stuff, i cant connect to ventrilo or teamspeak, and im pissed. its a dell 9200, just bought it this year, actually less then 2 months old. please help me. ill try to answer any questions.

check your firewall to see if it's blocking your connections.

i have norton btw, and im preaty sure that it isnt blocked.

ok tried again, and now it says, "server refused the connection" what does that mean??? ive heard thats because of gamespy doing updates or something??? please!! i just wana play!!

Make sure you have any other programs accessing the internet turned off.

Have you done a virus/spyware scan lately?

Have you tried rebooting?
