Kicking off squad

I wanted to explain some of the kicking from my squad. Sometimes an =HR= member wants in on the squad, so I have to make room. Sometimes it's someone that =HR= is training or evaluating.

Just remember it's not personal. I didn't want you guys to think I kick you out of squad b/c you suck or something. It's not about that.

Yea I figured that much...I started a squad shortly after but they were unorganized and one of them kept yelling at me (something about I stole his name...) :crazy:

=HR= guys seem to be ahead of the curve on this squad thing. I propose LiT and EGG form a joint alliance to do the same thing. We generally dont have enough folks of either clan on to form our own squads, so until we do, lets work together this weekend on squad tactics.

we pretty much do, when i create a squad i invite people i know from the community...and if none are on, i select the top people on my teams ladder hoping that they know what they're doing.

Yah and didnt mean to generalize with the EGG/LIT thing. Anyone I know in the community is pretty much what i meant. That means SSP, PNP, etc.

What I would like to see happen though is real squad talk like HR is doing. Those guys take the extra minute to figure out who in the squad will carry what gun and do what job, etc, etc , etc. They all have microphones too. Really no excuse not to hook your microphone up for this game.

thats not a bad idea, ok something to the effect of 2 squads both in a TS channel ...that would work out pretty nice..I'm for it :thumbsup:

you basically need someone to take charge...I myself am not a good squad leader, but listen very well, that is all it takes. Also, a little tip, when HR doesnt have a squad, I look for squads that mostly have the same tag, they tend to have their act together and play well togther, I mean the game is new and fresh, but once the bugs get worked out, and the full game is released, and the use of squads is taken full advantage of this game will own... I still think there are too many POE/BF42 mind sets running around trying to do things on their own, one thing I have taken from playing on our POE server was, team work was always instituted and usually applied, and people followed, and made it a fun server to play on RIP POE :frown:
BF2 just brings it to the next more dynamic level
