Here's a heads-up in case this guy comes back to WIH INS servers.
Around 5:49PM Pacific time either on September 7th or 8th (can't remember which, but I think it was the 8th), this guy named "scuba steve" was sitting outside Insurgent spawn (as an insurgent) on Hillah.
He kept shooting people with his pistol as they came out of spawn, to team wound them. When he did that to me, I thought that maybe he was a new player or something and didn't know what he was doing, so I said on the mic "hey, be careful where you're shooting, you're hitting teammates". Then a couple seconds later, as I run towards objective alpha... *BOOM* He blew me up with his rpg.
You can see my body laying there (after having been thrown back and away from thewall by the red car) in the screenshot I took immediately after he tked me. I tried getting an admin on teamspeak, but all the admins were in the "away channel". When I alt-tabbed back into game he had either left, or had been kicked for tks.
