PS3: Lair = crap

So, supposedly Lair, one of the most anticipated games for the Playstation 3 is actually garbage, according to practically every reviewer on the net. This game was supposed to be a launch title, and still, after so many delays it fails to achieve rockstar status. Despicable.
Apparently, trying to play this game is like an exercise in complete frustration and futility.. since the only way to control your dragon is via using the controller's built in motion sensor crap (whatever it's called, sorry.. I'm tired).

Anyways, just wondering if anyone has played it, or what people think of the reviews.

i think reviewers are full of crap. I read their reviews only to gain knowledge of the game. You have to take what they say with a a grain of salt. The worst of the reviews said the hardest part was targeting... gimme a break, i doubt it could be that bad. I cant really put my complete 2 cents in because I have yet to play it, and honestly, I have much more wanted games than lair, but eventually ill play it and i doubt it will be as terrible as they say.

I mean seriously, they even gave dynasty warriors gundam a bad review... and thats dynasty warriors... how can you not have fun with that.

the reviewers loved madden and ncaa, etc, i hate them.... but any game that makes me wave my arms around like i am having a seisure is not good in my book ( hence i don't own a wiiiiiiiiiiiii)

lol speaking of the wii my friend has one and i was watching him play the godfather..how tiring is it to punch the air several times in a row everytime you fist fight a dude? screw motion games IMO! Wii or PS3! I never even heard of Liar until now..but anyways, theres tons of games I like that reviewers hate and games I hate they like..i think people should form their own opinions instead of paying people to form them for us.

i personally LOVE dragons... so i am kinda forced into liking the game... the motion control isnt that bad after like a half hour of getting used to it its pretty easy


as for looks, the game is amazing graphically, probably some of the best ive seen on next gen so far
