How boring this game actually is with a time limit.. you don't get to even get prepared after only 12 minutes. It's a shame EA has to ban IP's.

- With as much time (Or atleast till tickets run out) you can get a squad, organize, and watch them intense beach fights, or struggle for the construction site.

- Without the time limit being off, you get a couple of people trying to organize, and then with 4 minutes already gone and 8 remaining, a total of 2 flags can be captured, and that beach fight lasts about a few seconds..

EA is terrible at pleasing it's customers, and before people say "Well, EA DID make BF2" if I remember correctly, Dice made BF2, not EA. Oh for the good of gaming sake we need a new distributor.

And if they arn't busy being hypocritcal gaming police, with crappy gamespy as their browser., then they are all on their fat balding impotent asses doing nothing. Down with EA. And I was enjoying the demo oh so much..

I still say WarisHell kicks some major ass, like always.

On a final note, excuse the language, rant, and any bad grammar that I input in my fury towards EA sucking major cockess..

As for EA heres a big :upyours:

PS: Thanks for WarisHell admins/owner for trying to get the no time limit to work. It made the demo actually fun.

PSS: Going back to CS:S. Hehe, PS:S.. CS:S.. anyways.

I agree. You'll probably not see me in the demo much anymore. I'll wait for the full game to come out.

The best quote from that entire thread. It made me laugh.

their not banning on the timelimit(there are lots of no time limit server out there) their banning on weapon unlocks.

Oh, well.. I was really liking that Striker shotgun, the anti-tank unlockable.. It was great. 12 rounds, 12 gauge.. semi automatic..

That is besides the point

I say take unlocked weapons off and add no timer back!

Anyone agree?

EA Nazis. I'm still pissed they shut down Earth and Beyond, for no reason at all. Grrr.... EA needs to DIE. Make room for GOOD game companies to start up, rather than destroying them.

And they are banning on time limit. They have yet to act on the weapons unlock thing.

there are several servers out there now which have no time limit... not sure if they are hacked or ran by EA or what the deal is...but they are out there

their not banning on the timelimit(there are lots of no time limit server out there) their banning on weapon unlocks.

And where did you get this information?

Both of our servers originally had only no time limit mod, weapons were locked. That's it. Both were banned. How do you explain that?

This may be.. however I only play at (most the times) WiH servers. Since I know most of the guys, and have more fun playing with people I know rather than not.. :(

earth and beyond's playerlimit dropped to under where it is profitible to keep the game going.

and as i said, the weapon servers seem to be going down(wih 1 and 2) unless it is a passworded server. because we have a 64 slot no timelimit server that has been up since the demo came out(and we still need to get the second server going and fix the memory leak on the first one) and it hasn't been removed or shut down(500+ tickets, no time limit)

and for all you think you know, they might just be targeting hosts to check the server filters.(and gamespy is doing the server browser so go bitch at them)

Wow, Earth and Beyond...such an awesome game. I loved it. Anyway yeah, what exactly was EA thinking with a 12 min timelimit? That like the Olympics Officials saying "Okay, Well we know we've had a bit longer before, but for this years Olymipc games you've got this afternoon. so you better get crackin'." Seriously a good game of BF take anywhere from 35mins to more than an hour depending on the map/ ticket count etc. So where did they pull 12mins out of? Play-testing anyone?

Precisely... all u angry guys out there who want to boycott BF2 because of EA, don't forget who actually made it.
Don't screw over the talented devs who actually designed the game by not buying it because some fat cats-and I mean FAT, stupid, ass-eating cats-are being assholes.

Threads are disappearing to hide the evidence of a massive sitaution that could actually develop into a class-action lawsuit, if people actually wanted to pursue it.

I now feel sorry for my friend at EA. EA has turned into a ruthless company and has seriously pissed off its fanbase, except for the fanboys from hell.

Threads? Disappearing? Wow.... that's.......

wow...

I have nothing to say towards EA. But from now on, anything that says EA on it, I will destroy.

that and if possible, can someone post the EULA for the server on here somewhere.
