INS#1 serial TKer "the fence"

Serial TKer on Insurgency #1, from around 12AM-1AM PST, wed, August 12. He also tried to pass himself for me as "sumdumgai (1)" later on.
On maps: Baghdad and Ramadi.

"The fence" started off by killing another guy named Rottweiler, then killed me on baghdad (originally on insurgents, later he followed us to Marines). He kept on tking people and reconnecting when he would get kicked. I tried to get an admin on TS but Snake was AFK, and there were no other INS admins on TS. So a small group of us organized together and took turns tking "the fence" back at spawn until he switched teams.
He was really pissing off a number of us, and for a little bit the server started to empty before we started containing him at spawn (plus we pissed him off and had him start to target us specifically, allowing everyone else to play).

Around 1AM he switched his name to "sumdumgai (1)" right before the map changed from ramadi to sinjar. I was going to spectate and maybe even demo him, but INS crashed on me on Sinjar.

First, thanks for reporting this guy. We will have to put him on the watch list.

Second, (and this message is for all our new members not just sumdumgai) we do not allow retaliation tk's under any circumstances.

You're new here. I also know your a good guy bc I've talked to you several times and played INS & GG with you quite a bit. But like I said we do not allow retaliation tk's. Even if the server empties out bc of a a$$clown like 'The fence'.

I know you tried to get me in TS which is the right way to handle it but I was AFK and no other admin was around. The next best thing you can do is make a post like this letting us know about him.

Regarding admin coverage:
We strive to have full time admin coverage as much as possible but it is very difficult to achieve. Hopefully over time we will be able to add more admins as we get to know the dedicated players that come to our servers. The attributes we like to see in our admins are dedication to WiH servers, maturity, consistently following our rules, helping other players to learn the game and generally helping make the servers a great place to play by keeping the teams even or whatever else it takes.

Having said that, do not approach us about being an admin. It doesnt work that way. We will approach you if we feel you meet the guidelines.

Woops, didn't know about retaliation tks not being allowed, sorry about that. I won't do it in the future, and I'll warn people that do it when I see it happen. Thanks for being understanding Snake and letting me off with a warning.

I found the mod server rules, and wrote them down on my trusty record sheet (I write down rules and asshats steam ids, since alt-tabbing to use anything causes INS to die on me.). I hadn't noticed the "new members need to know info" thread when I joined the forum.
