Far Cry 2 Announced!

Wierd, I know.. considering I thought Crysis was basically a successor. But, turns out Crytek doesn't even own the rights to publish under the Far Cry name, and Ubi has taken over the franchise.
Either way, I'm sure this game will kick some serious ass ;)

which in turns means UBI doesnt have the rights to the latest Crytek engine so if they do develope it what engine they gonna use, the CRY1 engine which while it looks nice will not seriously compete withthe CRY2..

I dunno.. i am not at all intrested in a Farcry2.. esp with UBI at the helm... now if it had been CRYTEK team gonig back and continuing the story.. maybe.. but not UBI..
