Interesting hack detection script

Evidently its called hack cam and according to this promo video it looks pretty full-featured. I'm not sure when its to be released even though the video says april '05.

So does this allow anyone running this hack cam to spec a person and see what the video just saw. If I spec a person will I be able to see people like that or was that just for demo puposes.
