A question for you star wars freaks out there

In return of the jedi towards the end of the movie when they show the sith lord and vader and luke in that room there are 2 guys guarding the door. They are decked out in red and seem to be really tall. Where can I get some information on who these guys are? I know someone knows. I have just been wondering for a while now.

The guys in red are the Emperor's Elite Guard.

yeah, in fact, I think a member around here goes by the name of one of them.. Kir Kanos -- he'd prolly know more about'em as well.

That is where I get my name from. Kir Kanos was one of the guards. Some of you that have been around WIH along time might remember the RG clan. That was Royal Guard clan. Came from those big red guys.

Its his red guard.. all are force sensitive and most would be clones.
