In preparation for the BF2 demo tonite or tomorrow, we have setup another server to host it.

This is the information for the BF2 Demo server.

War is Hell Unlocked #1
70.85.202.39:16567
64-players

War is Hell Unlocked #2
70.84.27.59:16567
64-players


Please note the port number if you are connecting directly to IP.

Write it down. Tattoo it on your ass. Use it in a song. I'm sure someone will ask for the IP in TeamSpeak.

If you are a Gamespy subscriber you can log on to the chat in Gamespy tonight and after the chat they will tell where to download it. Or else you would want to try Xfire or battlefield2.com sometime tomorrow.

It's not up yet guys. We're still trying to get the files as all DL servers are jammed.

So now that it's up, how do I connect? Tells me I can't connect I need to edit my network connections, however this is the only server that I can't connect to.. wtf?

added bf2 to advance settings of FW

That's odd. I know that you can't connect to our server from the game browser. But if you connect direct to IP it works. I'm not sure why it's not working for you.

Do you have Windows firewall or something else?

yes i have win xp firewall
i added bf2 exe
then i turned it off
i tried to join where it says join by ip and i put it in

i been playing single player and it rocks :)

What is th password?

I played for a couple hours, then all a sudden got the boot. Now I says I can't connect? Even played some CS in the meantime....which is still a better game IMO, but want to try again on BF2....

Why can't I log on

Double check the IP

When I searched for the server I could have sworn the IP was 70.85.202.36 instead of *********.40

I was on and then I tried later and I cant even find the server anymore. it says check network config

We changed the IP address due to a bug in the BF2 server. The new server IP is

War is Hell BF2 No Time Limit
70.85.202.36

or use the in-game browser

I connected to the extra server fine (only 2 players online).. then I tried the exclusive one and it said I have a connection problem.

I swear to god.. nothing on my computer has ever pissed me off as much as this bullshit connection problem... and I frequently get VERY pissed at my computer.

Refresh your browser and join the War is Hell #1 server. Rigth now 10:30am CST, it's hovering around 62/64 players.

If you want direct IP, it's 70.85.202.39
