its weird I cant get the temp of the CPU up over 24-25C
The GPU though can get warm. mabey 55C is that to warm?

Run both at the same time. You will see your CPU temp changing in Speedfan and not in Everest.

I ran some of the tests and it stays right at 24C.

ummm.. well.. either your system has awesome cooling, or there is a problem between the software and your mobo

ok so I got it to go up to 33 is that still with in specs? thats OC to 2.35 gigs I think I can OC it to 2.4 or so but it might be unstable due to cheap ass RAM.

For CPUs under 50C is good. GPUs are a whole other story. (no idea what you want to aim for, depends on the card)
