Runtime Error

Okay, so when I switch accounts on my computer, and try to open anything up I get this error that says "C++ Library Runtime Error" or something along those lines. And then the screen goes blank, then everything comes back. then if I try to open something (anything) again the error comes up, and the screen goes blank, but it stays blank and I have to restart the computer. If I go directly into an account as soon as I start up the computer everything is fine. But after I switch accounts, the error comes up.

Any ideas?

Are you running Google toolbar?
if so Uninstall "Google Tool Bar" through 'Control Panel and see if it clears up

i have it, but only because my sister installed some game off the internet and installed a whole bunch of other junk with it. So I have spent the last couple days getting rid of everything. But I have to restart the computer to get rid of google toolbar so I havent gotten around to it. Thanks for the tip Ill try it out.

well, it sort of worked, now only IE does the runtime error thing. But I have firefox so im fine. Thanks!
