Banned for unknown reason EOD

I just tried to log on today and found that I was banned (?) from your server for "excessive teamkilling." I'm a very civil player who is always in a squad, trying to have a decent teamplay experience, and never TK on purpose. I guess it's possible that I got banned for claymores, since mine FF is on apparently always on your guys' server.

I appreciate you taking the time to review this, and hope you can unban me, especially since you are -the- EOD server which is most populated and most stable most the time, and find a good group of people to play with.

I don't recall ever typing that - I've been kicked or banned from enough vanilla BF2 servers for saying the "ass" in "assets" (as in commander assets) to realize that typing typically gets you kicked or banned for absolutely no reason, whether by automation or overzealous admin. Not to say that racism isn't a good reason, but I didn't type it. People are always playing BF2 on my computer late nights and it's entirely possible (IE, almost certain) one of them wrote that.

So, mercy?

I think a zero-tolerance policy is ridiculous and alienates people from your server.

And I do hope someone with the tag "crotchrot" can recognize obvious, innocuous, however stupid humor when they see it.

Tell you what bonapart sink $350 a month into your own server set up whatever rules you want and see who shows up if you can get the server to work. If you succeed then come back and tell us how to run the server.:dunno:

Thanks alot for your "help." What you admit to fail to see is as obvious as day. This wasn't some pernicious slur.

Knotto: all I'm trying to do is patronize the server. If I did something wrong, then I'm asking for an appeal. If it's being flatly denied, then I'm angry at the unfair treatment of that server's staff. If this still falls on deaf ears, then those people would be reminded that a server needs as many players as possible.

I'm not the grand dragon of the klu klux klan.

I just want to play EOD.
