I got banned for TK

Hello,

I was banned from your War is hell gaming server(City maps Inf) for TK'ing Woodyear today, 20070321 at aroung 5:35pm CST. The only reason i tk'ed him was due to the 3 times he had tk'ed me. I asked for the admin to ban him, he did not, so as a result i took matters into my own hands. I asked why Woodyear TK'ed me 3 times and his response was "he's new to the game". I dont give a crap if he is new to the game, my dot is on the mini map, my name is above my head, i did not shoot at him so therefore i wasn't his enemy, and i have a USA flag on my character!!! But no, i get banned for tking him once after he tk'ed me 3 times. A load of BS imo. I play on this server alot, and i would like to ask if i could possibly be unbanned.

My bad, he only tk'ed me 2 times and i tk'ed him 2 times after he tk'ed me. Sorry for the mix up.

Hi, I was the admin that banned you.

I read your comment and I went to watch the player you were talking about.

We only ban people when an admin witnesses a violation, not based on others accusations.

What I saw while watching him was you tk'ing him with the sniper rifle, and when he got revived you tk'ed him again at point blank.

Retaliatory tk'ing is not tolerated, but you did own up to your violation. So I am going to give you a 2 week ban.

Post back in this thread, and agree to follow our server rules and your ban will be lifted.

Yeah, i was a bit of an ass to him. Thank you for only a 2 week ban.
