System Program

Anyone know a safe program that will allow me to view all aspects of my PC? More than just what's on the paper of what I bought, like say if I have an AGP 4x/8x or a PCI or even PCI-E motherboard, and like how much RAM, etc? This would be helpful.

This is already built into your os. If using windows try control panel->system(hardware tab-> device mangager if you just want to see hardware). If using linux type lspci at a bash prompt.
