Post all your E3 related info and discussions here. IN particular, post the pics of the booth babes from this year here! We already saw the previous years' babes. :yaya:

Supposedly it is. I am not saying it is... just repeating what Sony has said. Sony said it was in-game. I think it is close to what we will see... but I think it might have been prerendered... not because it looked too good... but just the way some of the animations were just kind of seemed like it might be prerendered.
But yeah... PS3 is shaping up to be the most amazing thing ever.
Be sure to watch G4 every night this week at 6 Central for 2 hours they are having E3 coverage showing stuff... that is where I saw all of the footage for stuff (Nintendo did as expected... and failed miserably at doing anything decent).
Also... that Fight Night game or whatever for PS3 looks so insane... they are saying that is ingame also. That Unreal Engine 3 game WAS ingame though... they were showing them moving around freely on G4.

:yaya:they said it was someone playing. which is complete BS because there is no hud, the movement is too smooth(and there wasn't someone physically playing it during their presentation because it's the same thing over and over agian)
that and the timing is iffy on the development since killzone2 was being developed for the ps2.

Alright... I can believe that the actual renderings are in the engine, but the gameplay is not. It's all predetermined, like an in-engine cutscene.
Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of crap.

Upon closer inspection, I'm lead to believe that the footage in the Killzone 2 vid is not ingame due to it's insane amount of detail, complicated effects and disgustingly high poly counts.
Either I'm about to be blown away, or the press is talkin shit.

It could be in game testers running a script with the dev/production team recording it on a uber computer and rendering it into a video. Which makes it look 10x better than actually playing the game.
