Gamer Score?

My gamer score hasn't gone past 20 since I started playing, why is that?

Were you online when you played last? It won't update Live unless you start up the game with Live conntected...

If you have used cheat codes, you do not win achievements. You also don't get achievements for demos, Xbox Live Arcade demos, original Xbox games, etc.

You only get achievement points for a specific accomplishment as well...for example, you might beat a really hard firefight in Rainbow Six but you won't get any points until you finish that particular Act of the game.

Has it been saying, "Achievement Unlocked!" at the bottom of the screen and playing the little noise?
