KotOR 2

Has anyone been playing this at all? I'm really getting into it. It's taken my time away from CS:S. :x

Just want to know other opinions. I'm currently lovin' it.

I'm still trying to play thru KOTOR since it went down to the $20 mark.

I am waiting on the PC release... I have an Xbox but I would rather have it for PC in a while.

I know this is a super old post, but screw it I just got KOTOR 2 alittle over a week ago, and I liked it alot. It didnt seem to be much of an update to KOTOR tho, it was still basically the same only your actions change yer teems feelings about you. That was a cool implement but not really groundbreaking. Overall it was just as good as the first, but unfortunately I didnt think it was better, I'm gonna play it again to see what darkside is like now (I always do the good sides first hehe).

My only problem with KOTOR2 was that it has major bugs that would often piss me off (I have the xbox version), one being on Telos if I tried to goto the space dock from the computer terminal it would always crash the game which was kinda frustrating, and kinda forced me to never return to Telos when I could help it, cuz I was scared it would always cause me that problem and I didnt want to deal with it. Yeah it froze up like this in various parts throughout the game (so like it says save often and in different slots haha) but overall it was still a great game, to bad it wasnt better though, seemed lacking in that area.

Anyway anyone else played it yet and passed it?

I just finsihed KOTOR II as evil and am replaying it as good. Overall it is a fun game with a few minor issues. When you get in fights with 12-15 people (on X-box) the game runs really slowly, especially if you are throwing force powers around. The other thing is that there are parts where the game can get stuck. It just stops moving, one thing that helps with that (if it is happening during dialogue) is wait for the characters to stop speaking and not click through the text. The other thing is the story line is not as much fun as the first one. But overall the game is really fun and if you like RPG kinds of games definitly worth buying.
