Public Apology

Sorry. When I join one of your servers, I do not come here to troll or harass the regulars that come to play. It's my intention to have fun, enjoy the moment, and encourage teamwork. I understand I've had the circumstances of team-killing/wounding in the past, and I do regret it. In the last week alone, I apologize for talking back to Prymer, changing my name repeatedly (I did not intend to spam), and what I still call an accidental shot by a scout on Phyxius. Once again, honestly, the "Attacked a teammate lines" you see in the console are accidents, at least for the past month. It may seem calculated attacks due to my reputation, I realize that. And it's not as if I have a great number of TKs, only 1.45% of my total kills are (again, largely due to accidents, nades in particular). But I've already told myself "Taking off health points from teammates isn't going to happen, no matter what." This past week alone has been turbulent and unfortunate, but I ask for just one more chance. These servers you have are great, and I know the administrators are just trying to get the job done. If anything ridiculous happens again, I'll accept the permanent ban I know many of you are in favor of. Otherwise, I really just want to have some fun.

Why does this sound so much like the appeasement policy that Hitler pushed and pushed and eventually took enough advantage of to start world war II. Oh yeah, I guess its because its the same idea. You are pushing and pushing and pushing your luck. Everytime you think you can have one more chance. I may not be able to get on the servers, but I can take a pretty good guess that the tw was no accident due to your history. Yes, I agree that I have seen you have your accidents, but you have also shot through people many times and also (and i know this from experience) blocked people to their deaths. I dont, and im sure others dont, tolerate the little team attacks at the end or beginning of a round. I hate being shot or knifed in the beginning of a round by somebody who feels the need to keep clicking the trigger, whether or not hes aiming at something or has a gun out. Regardless, this is not my call and just my input, hopefully it will help put an end to this matter.

I dont know about all that prowler. I havent seen the logs but I have played with raptor alot and I have never seen any bad aditudes out of him. I know all this wouldnt be happening if he didnt do it sometimes but I thought he had changed. I always liked raptor. I dont know how many chances you already gave him but I am a strong beliver in forgivens and second chances. I dont wantr to argue or say it was wrong to ban him, I just thought I would say something because he was one guy I liked playing with. I know you will make the right choice and I respect whatever choice that maybe. I just think that some one who makes a public apologie like this has some integrity.

Like I said I havent been around long but for the past month (month and a half?) that I have been around I have never seen him do anything bad intentionally at least when I was on. He's always been friendly and helpful and hes one of the people I enjoy playing with here.

In an ideal world we'd all get along and everyone would like each other. There would be no one we disliked or didn't get along with. But, this isn't an ideal world and not everyone here likes each other so it's understandable to see some people who like Raptor and some who don't.

I haven't been around long enough to know what he's done in the past but from what i've seen since i've joined he's been doing exactly what he has said he's been doing and that's apologizing when he's hit someone by accident or tked someone by accident and even though we all get a little frustrated sometimes when we aren't doing so well I haven't seen him flip out or anything but try to encourage the team to do better without putting anyone down.

So, those are my two cents even if they don't mean much to anyone else I hope they mean something to you Raptor and if you can't play here anymore hit me up and i'll go pubbing with you sometime.

I'm analagous to Hitler now? Shallow. The shots and kniving had the beginning stopped a long time ago, fyi.

Raptor you have been warned way more than most, yet you continue to break the rules. You have been banned numerous times for your mouth, teamkilling, and team wounding. I watched you hit teammates on dust several rounds and when Train came up, you shot me in the back when there was NO CT in SIGHT. I said in a previous thread that it will be a permaban next time it happens and that is what I did..not just because you shot me in the back, I have nothing against you EXCEPT, you like to push the envelope, and this time you pushed too far..

Like I said above, you have had more chances than most, we let you slide too many times. Now, its time to say goodbye!
