Xbox 360: NFS Carbon

Ok, so I bought it, becuase I thought Alf said he had it and loved it, but he has Most Wanted, which I have for the PC...

Now, This game is pretty damn FUN!!! I just spent 3 hours driving around! I am impressed on how the chics boobs actually bounce as they walk:D

I think this one is much more fun than Most Wanted, and looks intense on the big screen! I know some didnt like it, but I found it to be quite entertaining, and well worth the buy, seeing I coldnt get R6 or Gears of War.

I didn't hear good things about it, I was going to get a different racing game, but if you all like it.......Also, try walmart for those other games and have them price match it :D

I tried the demo for Carbon and I hated it. The cars felt like they're on ice and they seem to pivot on a central point. Plus I don't like night time racing. I prefer day time so I can see and enjoy the environment. Between Most Wanted and Carbon, MW is better, IMO. But the best is Burnout Revenge!

I had the same opinion as WihAdmin I didn't like carbon because of the sliping and slding all over the place. I loved burnout revenge and test drive unlimited.

I don't like night racing because my living room is too bright. Some games, even with brightness/gamma/whatever turned up, are so dark I can only play them at night. That's called poor level design, guys- games that scare you by being dark.

I did enjoy the NFS:Carbon demo except for the night racing. I have long stated my preference for more sim-style racing games, but since GTR and Forza 2 are delayed until God knows when...I especially liked the "mod your own mod" Autosculpt thingy.

I would have really enjoyed PGR3 but I just wish you could actually mess around with the cars. I never got a sense of ownership because your car was like everybody else's car. If you watched an online race of Enzos, it was all the same car with different paint. Wheee! Not.

But in a few months, oh, the Forza 2 action!

GTR2 got released a little while ago. I'veonly played the demo, but if you're into SIM style racers this is where its at.

Yes, but GTR2 is also for people with better computers than mine. My desktop computer = teh suck at modern games. It barely ran BF2.

My laptop computer = don't even ask about teh games.

I'm hoping that GTR for the 360 (I already own the PC version) will be a lot like GTR but with update rosters and graphics that are better than what my poor PC can do.

Ok, I am at 65%! I like the night racing, as it fits with street racing, the cops arent as much fun as in Most Wanted... I like the races and the challenges!!! Drifting is alot of fun, my only argument is the car unlocks... all I want is that damn Subaru WRX STi, and still cant unlock it... and more than half the game is over, that pisses me off, that is all, though my Mazda RX7 is fun... I just wish they had more cars available to you.

I was pretty disappointed with the game... got to the end, got the SLR, and no one could touch me, was toooo easy...!!! I will try online now, but Most Wanted is still better... what a bummer!

And Alf I do like the game, but A) it is short... and easy! not like in most wanted

B) I hate having to unlock cars! I got to drive the SLR for only 3 races... then game over!:biting:

Or course when I was playing no one had the hot cars so maybe it is not as fun now.

I hated that game because it was always at night and the roads were like a roller coaster. Most wanted is fun becasue it is in the day not at night and is more realistic.

i have nfs carbon its a tight game and i do like the night races but the canyon races are fun too but they made sure u had to have a little bit of skill in nfs carbon
