Worst tattoo I've seen? I work at a jail so I see a lot...dumbest normal ones are the gang tattoos...around here most guys eventually either go to prison or grow out of gangs, good luck getting a job with "Surenos 13 FTW" tattooed on your retarded neck.

But the one that takes the cake is the former cop who had his badge tattooed on his chest...talk about a great ice breaker when you're just LOOKING for somebody to whup the shit out of you.

Seeing that tat on that guy in public would be nice. Then i would have a good reason to kick someones ass. Though i new a guy that was in the kkk and had a black guy as a friend.
