Yeah man, it's pretty hyped-up about. Considering it's the last Star Wars movie to be made (I think?), and all the media attention, everyone needs to see it.

Actually, Lucas's son is making episodes 7,8 and 9. Me and Kir were some of the first to get opening day tickets for midnight. :jerkit:

Are you serious about the episodes, Kev?

yeah, have you read the scripts for 7 8 and 9 from the supershadow site? Hrrm.. i don't know what to think about them. :( :( :(

Lucas is an excellent movie maker, but as far as story teller... well... let's just say he's a director first 'n always.

Those scripts have been on the internet before it was the internet. Its horseshit. If you want to believe in something, believe in the TV show scheduled for next year.

My company bought out a movie theater on SW:III opening nite and gave us all tickets to go see it! W00T!

On a related note, I picked up the SWIII soundtrack CD that includes a DVD of the music. Very cool! and very well presented! $15 at Best Buy.

You lucky *sob* ..though I might pick up a copy of the soundtrack, or like most of you folks...download it :hehehe: :hehehe:

P.S.- I picked up my tickets a month in advance..unfortunately, all the digital theatres were sold out

Download? nah, just buy it. $15 for Cd and DVD is a pretty good deal. DVD has 70 minutes of music in 5.1 set with montage from the movies.

So far, my company bought out theaters for SW: 1, 2, and 3, Matrix 2 & 3. At the one for SW2, they had storm troopers guarding and patrolling the reception hall after the movie. Pretty cool stuff. Sounds cool and all, but the company really kicks everyone's asses during the work day. One mistake here gets you fired instantly, no joke.

When they're fired, do they have stormtroops to escort them out of the building? and then the stormtroops beat the crap out of you in the parking lot....while Neo watches and laughs?????????

Pretty much Phenix. You sign a waiver not to sue, then they give the departing person a ton of hush-money and boot them out the door.

I've been trying ot get fired from here for the last 2 years. Hasn't happen yet. I suppose I could purposely screw something big up, but that's just not professional. :)

That sounds alot like my job except for all the free stuff. Actually, just the one mistake and your fired part sounds like my job.

I remember in 5th grade I checked out the Return of the Jedi ALBUM from my local library. I then proceeded to play it and record with my tape recorder (cassette). I then brought it on the school bus the next day and played it on full volume up to my ear. I used to play Van Halen 1984 too and Madonna's Material Girl. All while holding this crappy tape recorder up to my ear. It was like a ghetto "ghetto blaster."

Just incase you cant visualize- My ear+ Ewok Celebration music+ this crappy thing ==== i should of got my ass kicked in school.
