Silent Shadow Platoon will be starting a selective recruitment drive in the next month. We will be looking for mature individuals, not the best players, just good people. We do not care about your skill level just that you are a team player. We are looking for about 10 more people to join before BF2 comes out.

General rules:

1. You must use our Teamspeak. We can not get to know you if we don't hear you.
2. You must play on our server or on the servers that we frequent. Again, if we do not play with you we won't know you.
3. We are very selective about who we recruit and it may take some time before we decide to have you join. Most of our current members had to wait sometimes up to 3 months before we invited them to join.
4. Becoming an SSP member is by invitation ONLY! We are fair, but very select.
5. We have a general age rule of 18, but if you are mature enough yoiu have a good shot at getting in.


TeamSpeak is a must. I don't know how everyone else in SSP feels, but I don't see any problem with candidates being on WIH's TS with us when we are here.

This in no way is meant to steal any thunder from WIH servers or WIH's TS.

There are only a few of us, about 10 or so, that actually play CS:S. And of those maybe half play regularly. There are others that play HL2: Deathmatch, BF1942: DC FINAL (and other mods), Ghost Recon (yes the original), WOW, Lock on Modern Air Combat (LOMAC), and a few more. Not to mention online poker :)

Most everyone is waiting for BF2 to come out.

We are not a competitive clan. So if you are wanting to ladder or play some organized events, then we are not for you.

Just thought I would stop in and refresh this thread. With the advent of BF2 Demo and the upcoming retail release I just wanted to invite anyone to visit our clan website at www.silentshadowplatoon.com.

We are a clan that has it's roots in Ghost Recon and are looking for mature players that are very laid back and like team play. The BF series is now our prefered game.

We are on the verge of some very major changes and within 5 days should have our plans set and we will let everyone know here what they are.
