Pets?

Since Jeff posted a thread about animals, I was wondering if you guys have any pets?

I personally don't have pets, but my wife have 2 kitty cats. Both have been with us for a long long time. One is name Mumbles b/c she used to mumble while she eats. The other's name is Yoda b/c she looks like Yoda if you bend her ears down. :D

I have had to dogs, 4 fish a bird and 24 cats. We found one stray cat once and that stupid thing ran off for about a week once and came back with like 6 more. it did that 4 times. that stupid thing produced 17 more cats. I hate that. At the moment I dont have any animils

We've had lots of other pets but they died. We had a cat Tiger which was mine, an out door cat. He was a golden tabby. Just vanished one day. We had Smokey my uncles cat and he got hit by a car. We had Miss Kitty who was gotten when I was born and she died last year..We had Patches my nanas cat who was 21 when she died. We had Smokey Jr who we got as a kitten with Shadow but he died of some cancer cats get. We had to put him to sleep. We had a dog Sambuca (greyhound/german shepard), he died. We had another dog Aspen (one of those cute black dogs that herd sheep). We had to give him away when we moved. We had meow meow we was our neighbors cat but when they moved they literally abandoned her so we took her in but when we moved we gave her to a family friend because no pets were allowed. We had heckle and jeckle two parakeets we eventually gave away because they were mean little birds. We've had so many pets I could keep going on and on.

Anyways all our pets are in door pets now they aren't allowed outside except the dog for his walks.

Hehe I love Silver Tabs. We had another one but his fur was grey with the black strips. I like how hers is a mix of brown and golds. Post a piccie of Yoda! I bet he/she is a cutie.

I live near Portland Oregon. Just outside of the city line so it is kind of rural.

It does sound like you live in a zoo Persephone. Do you get the critters climbing all over you when you play on your computer? My cat Mumbles likes to sit by my feet when I play. Sometimes, she'll reach up the chair and tap my leg to pick her up.

do kids count, cause I got 3 of them, and damn, they are worse than the pets, eat twice as much, have the ability to talk, spend money, talk, fight, talk, argue, did I mention talk... Pets cant talk, gotta love it. Anyway, my house should be on reality TV, in cluding humans there is a total of 10 living creatures in my house, and people wonder why I game all night MEH!!! here we go: 1 Chocolate Lab named Nica; 1 male mixed cat: Casper(My Bud) 1 female cat Calico: Wendy, she DOES what ever she wants, typical woman :hehehe: , and 1 Cockatiel name Zeus, best bird ever, can actually say some words sorta, he knows how to call the dog, he actually says "Nica" I think he learned that to help fendoff the cats :D

In Addition to the zoo we already have and the two hampsters no one has ever bothered to take a picture of my mom got a kitten recently about a month ago and also just like two days ago ordered another pomeranian off the internet...which we have a picture of from the lady she got it from. And no I told her we dont need another pet when she got both of these animals..its getting overly ridiculous not being able to enter a room or walk down the hall without stepping over an animal.

Lol My mom volunteers at Pet Smart in the adoption center and she got the kitten when she was transfering some sick cats to Salisbury so they could go to the vet..and when the Lady she works with asked her what she named the kitten when she said oreo the lady was like "That name is racist. I hope you dont tell any malato people you named the cat oreo." All I can say is w t f mate? What is that lady smoking?

Yoda? what is it? one of those hairless cats? man them things freak me out. i am w/o pets at the moment but have had many over the years at one point i had 9 cats and 2 dogs, now let me tell you when you have 9 cats i don't care how many litter boxes you have up and running, your house smells like shit.

I used to live out in the country waaaaaay out in bfe our closest neighbor was a mile away. Anyway we had around 50 yes not a type O we had around 50 cats. Those things bread like rabbits never had a problem with snakes though but it did take us a year after we got rid of all the cats to get birds to come back to our yard. Plus we had 3 dogs two miniature schnauzers, one named Watson, and the other Gretchen then there was my dog a mixed miniature pincher/mutt named Scooter.

Well, since I'm (hopefully temporarily) living with my folks again, there's a total of 6 pets here - four cats, two dogs. Both dogs are Golden Retrievers, the cats are mixed, but all four are products of my sister's cats. The dogs are Jack (adopted) and Bailey (bought, named after the Irish Cream). The cats are Arnold, Nikita, Ozzie, and Charlie (never given away).

The orange mutt, Charlie, is a golden/chow mix. The little one in the front is a rat terrier that my girlfriend just "had to have" so she could put it in her purse. :crazy: (But now he's like 15 pounds so he keeps his ass at home :hehehe: ) and in the far back is Sidney, a black lab mix of some kind. This is my cat Pilchard, I named her after the car on Bob the builder because my nephew loved that show when he was 2. She is probably one of the most unfriendly cats I have know, and she likes leading the neighbor cats to their deaths by letting the neighbor dog get them.

This was my brothers cat who followed him home from his place of work (he works in a bar). One of the most friendly cats that I had ever seen, but my cat and her never got along. She happened to be one of the cats lead to their death by my cat.

Clea looks like a sweetheart. And she looks like shes people.
Our two dogs are definitely people. They sleep up on the bed with us most of the night, especially in the winter, and love to cuddle.
