Just a heads up for this woot-off:

Last woot-off i bought the 80GB IDE hard drive, and they sent a 250GB in its place. Looking at the forum, it looked like this happened for everyone.

While it was a great buy for $19 + $5 S&H, it was dead on arrival. So now I get to tear it apart and see if i can fix it!

Moral of the story: If they have the cheap 80GBs up again, might be worth buying. Of course, they could end up really being 80GBs and not a 250GB surprise...

I've heard there are websites out there that will refresh for you and tell you when something big happens at woot.

There are website that auto refresh....but to me....they ain't fast enough b/c you have to wait for them to get it from woot and then you have to wait for them to link you to woot when you want to buy......at least that is how I see it..I could be wrong.
