fps_max 100
though its probably best to set that to the refresh rate of your monitor

here's a simple command that a few other people found helpful
zoom_sensitivity_ratio x
x is by default 1.
this command changes your sensitivity by the factor x whenever you zoom in. the default x is 1, meaning that your mouse sensitivity will stay the same when you zoom in. if you were to lower the value, it makes the sensitivity lower when you zoom in, which helps when making minute adjustments for long range sniping. you could also raise the value, but i don't know if that would be of any help. mine is set to .157.

(Yeah I know I'm a bit late to be of any help, and most of you who would bother to do this probably already know about it, but)
Rates. Theses are the correct settings for a broadband connection and help hit detection somewhat.
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101
rate 30000
cl_interp 0.01 (though the WiH server seems to change this back to default)

cl_interp 0.01 (though the WiH server seems to change this back to default)I checked the settings on the server and the only thing I can see that is setting cl_interp 0.01 back to the default is we have sv_pure on.
I'm not certain that is the problem but that's my guess.

It isn't sv_pure, because sv_pure only deals with content (i.e. models and textures), not cvars.
