I am selling 2 weeks of my time share in KAUAI, Hawaii. It is the Garden Island of the Hawiian Islands. Very beautiful, very romantic and sure to get you some action.
I am a Member of RCI (timeshare group), and that is my home Timeshare Location. The Hotel is the Embassy Vacation Resort in Poipu (town) Kauai (County) Hawaii (state).
It is Ocean View, sleeps 6 comfortably. Has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Kitchen and a Family Room with a pull out couch. It has a Kingsize Bed in the Master Bedroom, and 2 Fullsize Beds in the other bedroom, which can also sleep 2 per snuggly. And 2 on the couch... which really equates to 8 people, but 6 if you put 1 person in each fullsize.
The timeshare is in a Red Zone and is GOLD CROWN rated. Which means that if you wanted to go anywhere in the world at ANY time in the year... you would basically get what you want.
The timeshare is also very Rare. It is DEEDED. Which means that you can put it in your will and transfer ownership to your kids when you die, and them to their kids when they die. It is actually called FEE SIMPLE.
There are 2 kinds of property in Hawaii (because land is scarce) Fee Simple which means you own the land FOREVER, and Leased Land, which is a standard 99 Year Lease, and is non transferrable to anyone else.
If you are unfamiliar with Timeshares, and how they work (for RCI anyway), this is the rough breakdown. Locations are broken down into Colors based on the Value of the Locations (Hawaii, Aruba, Bahamas, Tahiti etc are Red; Florida, England, Ireland, Utah and many others are Blue, Black, Green and other colors) Red is the highest value. This same color scheme is also used for Weeks of the year, certain weeks are rated in different colors like christmas, $4h of July, New Years Easter Etc. So,You can only trade to your Color OR DROP DOWN in colors to accomodate the location that you want... YOU CAN NEVER GO UP. But that is ok because This is rated RED which is the best. So you can goto Hawaii for Christmas if you want, because that is how this Timeshare is Rated.
Now, that is not the whole rating system. There is also a Rating System for the Hotels themselves. Gold Crown is the highest, which is what this is. And they go lower... AGAIN, you can NEVER TRADE UP... only down. But that is ok.. because we have the best. Basically, the system rates the Demand on the location... More people want to goto Hawaii than they want to goto Florida or Asbury Park, New Jersey... So the Higher the Color and the better the hotel rating, the Higher Trading Power you have.
The hotels are also broken down further into Views, and how many the room sleeps. This Timeshare sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 snuggly as mentioned above... Other timeshares are only 2-4 people most often. Which again translates, that you can always trade to 6 people rooms or Trade down,, you can never trade up... Ours is the 2nd Best... 8 Person Comfortably is the best. ( but really... who really needs an 8 person room???) Then Finally, there is the View from the Room. There is OCEAN FRONT, OCEAN VIEW, PARTIAL VIEW, and GARDEN VIEW. Ocean Front means Every Window faces the Ocean. Ocean View is typically a Corner Room, which means that you can See the OCean from EveryWindow, just not Facing the ocean from each window. Partial View means you can Partially see the Ocean, and also the Garden. Garden View means you see ONLY the garden, and you are usually in the back of the hotel, and/or on the ground floor, and can only see the Garden.
It has a full Kitchen, which is accompanied by a full array of Pots, Pans, Dishes, Glassware and Utensils. So, you can save money by eating Breakfast and Lunch in the room (prolly cause you will be sitting by the pool and drinking until dinner time anyway) save a few dollars by going Food Shopping the first day to fill the Refrigerator, and then go out for a Nice Dinner.
So, this time share is described as Red Location, Gold Crown Hotel, Ocean View sleeping 6. This is the Best All Around Timeshare.
I am selling the Timeshare for $30,000 USD, or each week for $2500 USD (2 weeks available) You and 5 Friends can goto Hawaii for $417 USD +Airfare to Hawaii for 1 Week... where else can you get that?
Ill send Pix as requested... but If you ever Saw the Movie 6 Days 7 Nights with Harrison Ford and Anne Hesche... when they jump off the Cliff into the Ocean?... that scene... well that cliff is only a few miles from the Hotel, and is Viewable from our room. Furthermore, Jurassic Park? Remember that Block Buster? Remember the first movie? When they land the Helicopter onto the Island? Yep.. you guessed it... that is on this island too.. and you can tour there and swim in the lakes.... You need to take a Helicopter Ride to that spot.
There are millions of things to do there as well. Scuba Diving is top 10 locations in the WORLD, whale Watching (depending on the season you go) Kite Surfing, Parasailing etc...Helicopter Tours, Boat Tours, Hiking, Bike Riding... Tours of the Pineapple Plants.. Hell I even Mailed my parents a COCONUT through the USPS (Us Postal Service) as aPost Card. Ohh should I mention the Luau's??? Fantastic Food and shows.... really The best vacation spot ever.
Email me at Tacklberie6699@yahoo.com if you are interested in any deal. Email me with the Dates that you want to go.. give me several, so that I can check Availability... and ill get back to you.
