i have always been into airsoft and paintball, but i have now decided to go more into airsoft. basiclly all i know is this- :mp5: and tokyo mauri so, please tell me what you know.

Tokyo Marui is a good brand for AEG (Automatic Electric Gun). There are others but TM is the best IMO. Accuracy is dependent on the length of your barrel. Guns with long barrels have better accuracy than somethign short like an MP5.

If you got money go with CA they're good but don't open the GEARBOX!

If you want to dink around with the gearbox i say get TM.

Mind you my age.... I am only 19 so I really don't know how I was able to afford all that. I prob spent over 1000+ for all guns..... I used to have like 10 AEGS......

Anyhow the G36K Ras goes in at 380 with .25 bss
the ak47s 330 fps with .25s
mp5 goes in a 320 fps wiht .25s
and my m16 goes in at 380 with .25s
the rest clock in at 280+ fps with .20s

The bbs are not filled with paint. The game is played on an honor system. You get hit, you called yourself out.

And yes we play by an honor system..... of course I make sure you call yourself out... i.e. if I know Im in range and I hit you and you don't call it I will unload a hicap into you until 1) you belly over in pain 2) you call yourself out.....I have done it b4 and I will do it again. :D

i would get a tokyo mauri, but they are so expensive. i was looking around and i found this awsome UHC spring pistol...i might get that becaus for now im just playin spring pistols only in my neighbors front yard.

Anybody who is looking to get an AEG, I would recommend the AK Bieta speznaz, I own one, and it is very reliable, sturdy, and very realistic feeling and looking. The main body of the gun is all metal, and the only places that are "Plastic" Are the stock and forgrip. It is a little easier to carry/maneuver than the full sized AK, and it has good range and accuracy.

i've played paintball, but never airsoft so i was wondering how bad does the bb's hit you, like paintball or worse?

They sting, some hurt like a bastard... it really depends on the gun and whether it's spring, gas, or electric.

Oh, and there actually are paint-filled airsoft BBs, I've used them before. But since there's so little paint in them there's really not that much of a point.

i think i have finally decided, after so long, i am going to get a UHC mp5 sd3 (its spring) my neighbor is hopefully going to get a spring rifle too.
