Where are tactical shooter fans at? I've been loving the demo.

When this comes out let's get some WiH people rocking it together. I assume it has clans/squads/teams/whatever. Let's get some gamers together and rough it up with Rainbow Six!

Ooo tell me how the demo is

i played it, but i would like there to be a 3rd person mode instead of have it shift when you go to cover.

The demo is cool.

Bonez is right - it does stay in first person and then go zooming to 3rd person when you take cover or do any action like fast roping. It doesn't jar me at all, but I can see that it would.

Once I figured out how to use cover, grenades, boss my guys around, it was a lot of fun. The interface is really fluid, and the guys are really pretty good at what they do.

I tried to love SWAT 4, but your AI team guys were SO RETARDED. Not the case here! If I tell my "super bad-ass military killers" to get their murder on, they freaking DO it. They're not invincible, but you can heal them, and unless you tell them to stand in the open, they'll take pretty good cover and take the fight to that bad guys.

The graphics are pretty good. It's not Gears of War, but it's nice looking. The night vision is years ahead of GRAW. As in, it's actually usable.

I didn't even realize until today that I could change my rate of fire, put on a silencer, or even use an alternate rifle.

Oh, I'm so happy to have my 360 back!

Is it like GRAW or like old school RB6?

a mix of graw, SC and old R6

This one appears to be brand new. It still had the plastic stuff covering the IR port and stuff. Also, the label on the back wasn't all mangled (rolls eyes).

Dang, I'm having fun. I'm not real excited for Gears of War, but I did just about crap myself when I saw the trailer in 720p!!

Anyway. When R6:V comes out I'm definitely in. The more I play the trailer the more I love it.

Still waiting. My "local" friends won't get it until next month probably and I haven't seen any of my online friends playing yet and I really mostly want it for the multiplayer, so it'll be a December purchase for me.

I played the multiplayer demo for a good 4+ hours tonight. Once you get connected to a good host, its a blast. If you only tried out the single player, check out the multi. It's good stuff.

I got this as an early Christmas/Birthday present from a buddy! Hurray!

So far I love it. My only complaints:

Sometimes you'll "stick" to cover...so there are two crates, and only one will work as cover. To shoot a specific bad guy you'd like to slide along next to the other crate and pop out but for some reason the program won't recognize the other one as cover and you've got to use the wrong crate, making it more dangerous.

The facemapping works well, but it makes me bald. Now, don't get me wrong. I am losing my hair, but slowly. I probably won't ever go as bald as my character in R6:V. They make me look like a 40 year old accountant, instead of a chubby 28 year old deputy sheriff.

On the bright side, though, it's the same awesome tactical action as the demo was. I even played some multiplayer and didn't totally blow, which is a change for me ;)

In single player, the cover system works well and it makes for some exciting moments as enemies try to rush your cover and you're frantically spraying shots around the corner trying to tag the bad guy. The story is pretty good so far, but I've only just reached Vegas. Felt like I was playing Ghost Recon for a bit there :)

I also like the customization of the weapons. With two shoulder-fired weapon slots along with a pistol, I feel like you can really make the loadout work for you instead of games where they're like, "Hey...you reeeeally might wanna take the sniper rifle for this level!"

I tried the single player demo that I got with my Xbox magazine I have to say I liked it. I don't think I will buy it for myself right now though, i have it on my Christmas list and hopefully my family will get it for me. If they don't I will try to get it after the holidays.

So far my experience has been that it is attracting the more mature Xbox Live players. Aside from the usual swearing (I just keep my mike muted unless we're actually using some teamwork) everybody has been pretty cool.

I finally earned a helmet to cover my artificial baldness. Thank God.

C'Mon, guys, let's play! I even play with some of Bonez's Canadian friends! ;) :D

I still have nothing but good stuff to say about it. I just wish I had more playtime! In three years at my job I've never taken a real vacation. Just bid for two whole weeks straight in January! Here is the plan: Snowboard and 360 games!

Also I had my mike un-muted and accidentally insulted some random guy. Oops.
