Which to choose for my new Core Duo 2 system? I need HELPFUL advice ONLY please! I would like to order the remainder of the parts so that I can build this system ASAP! (Ordering by the end of the day!)

both links take you to the Arctic Freezer. So I guess you've already made up your mind. :)

I typically only use Zalman CPU coolers. However, due to the low temps of the C2D chip, I didn't feel like spending the big bucks for the Zalman (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118223). that's why I went with the Arctic Freezer.

Grrr...I am building two machines....one for me...and one for the woman...need a 939 capable cpu fan.....hmm...wanted to get two of the same.

get one of the zalman 7000b cpu fans, the flower looking ones. i had one on my socket 939 and it was great.

i'm running the blueorb II, it's idle is about the same but at full it's a bit below stock.

Thanks F1sher. I really wanted two of the same, so I will probably order the Freezer Pro 7 and the Freezer Pro 64 today. Thanks man!
