Ones with serial numbers below that have the old chipset. The only difference is that the new chipsets, above S00245477, have less of a deadzone. SO if you are happy, keep it. IF not, just return it to the store, tell them the stick was centering, and grab a box and open in front of the cashier to see if it is the right serial number.
